Patrick Irving


I partner with experimentalists to develop chemical probing and software tools that enable new ways of thinking about and gaining insight into RNA structure and biology. I strive to make these tools rigorous, simple to use, and well documented. As lab manager and IT guy, I help the lab to function productively and safely.
